Kissan Kesar began in 1984 in Lethpora, Pampore — the small Kashmiri town the world knows as the saffron capital. On the karewa highlands here grows a saffron the rest of the world can only imitate: deep crimson, intensely aromatic, and impossibly rare.
What started as a single family tending its fields has, across three generations, become a name trusted by families in India and around the world. Through every season, our promise has stayed the same — purity, patience, and pride in our Kashmiri roots.
